HARWAY Experience is an AI-native design and product boutique from Hamburg. We work at the system level, not on decoration. We build foundations that let product teams ship faster and more consistently.
The classic agency model scales through headcount: junior staffing, handoffs, hourly rates, and a deck instead of a product at the end. We believe that model has reached its expiry date.
HARWAY Experience is the counter-thesis: a senior-led boutique where experienced hands make every decision personally and an AI setup does the work that used to require an entire team layer. A system makes that possible: tokens, components and documentation give AI exactly the context it needs to reliably deliver production code.
The result: speed without losing quality, one clear responsibility instead of many, and no friction between design and code.

HARWAY Experience
Four steps that repeat in every project, from the first briefing to the running product.
A senior understands your product, brand and stack, and makes the decisions personally.
Tokens, components and documentation make those decisions readable, for people and for AI.
Boilerplate, variants, grind: AI produces the first draft, fast and inside the system.
Senior review decides what stays. Only production-ready work gets deployed.
This website, our internal operating system and our proposal tools were built exactly this way: our own design system, AI-generated production code, agent-ready from day one. The stack behind it: Next.js, TypeScript, our own token system, Claude, Vercel and Supabase. What we sell is what we use every day.
Deliberately small: a senior-led core that makes every decision personally, plus an AI setup that does the work of an entire team layer. No junior staffing, no handoffs, from token to launch.
We do not sell a show. Honest assessments, decision-ready foundations, running results.
Otherwise speed creates debt. Every system decision is traceable, for the team and for AI.
Assumptions are cheap while they are young. We ship testable states before discussions get expensive.
Responsibility cannot be generated. Architecture, quality and tradeoffs stay human.
